Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kaiora App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Kaiora App is a software-as-a-service platform that helps fitness coaches and trainers build and publish their own branded fitness apps. You can describe your offer or start from a template, and our AI generates app structures, workout and training programs, lesson outlines, cover images, logos, banners, and starter copy. You can then edit the result and publish it as an installable web app (PWA) for your own clients. The platform also provides accounts, usage credits for AI generation, subscriptions, and payments. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

AI-Generated Content

The service uses third-party AI models to generate text and images from the prompts and inputs you provide. You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and for the apps and content you publish. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose — review and edit it before publishing. You retain ownership of the content you create and publish, and you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it to operate the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service, including any AI generation feature, to create, request, upload, or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit content of any kind, or content that sexualizes minors.
• Content that is violent, hateful, harassing, or that promotes self-harm or terrorism.
• Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party.
• Content that impersonates a real person or misrepresents a medical, health, or financial outcome.
• Malware, spam, or content designed to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

You also agree not to violate any applicable law or regulation, or attempt to bypass the content moderation, rate limits, or security controls of the service.

Content Moderation

To keep the platform safe, prompts submitted to our AI generation features are automatically screened for prohibited content before generation occurs. We may block, refuse, or flag any request, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to generate prohibited content. We do not guarantee that moderation catches every violation, and the Acceptable Use rules above apply regardless of moderation outcomes.

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Kaiora App is a tool for building fitness apps; it does not provide medical advice. Workout, nutrition, and training content created or published through the service is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. You are responsible for ensuring the content you publish to your own clients is appropriate and includes any disclaimers required in your jurisdiction.

Payment, Credits, and Billing

AI generation consumes usage credits, and paid plans are billed in advance for the selected billing period through our payment processor. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Credits and subscriptions are subject to the plan details shown at checkout. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

Kaiora App and its original software, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the apps and content you create, subject to the licenses granted above.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
